The days and weeks after you bring your little one home are often filled with so many mixed emotions. Joy, excitement, happiness, worry, uncertainty, guilt or shame often appear at different moments.

It can be incredibly helpful to think through proactive strategies to support your mental health and wellbeing so that you aren’t trying to figure out support when you are in the weeds with things like diaper blowouts, pumping, lack of sleep or contact naps.

At this workshop we will discuss helpful and easy strategies to implement so that you can ensure that you are taking care of yourselves so that you can be the best parents to your sweet little one.  We will also discuss perinatal mood and anxiety disorder symptoms so that you and your partner (or support system) can be aware of any more significant concerns should they arise.

This workshop is most useful for moms that are pregnant or recently postpartum.

All sessions will allow for question and & answer time with the instructors.
