The Bender-Dosik Grandparenting Center is dedicated to strengthening and celebrating the grandparenting experience.  These programs are designed to foster meaningful connection between grandparents and grandchildren through shared participation.

Bender-dosik GRANDparentING Series 2024-2025

GRAND Menorah Making
December 8 | 2:30 – 4:00 PM | $25/members | $35/public
We can’t always be with our loved ones for the holidays. With help from a GRAND friend, we’ll be
making menorah keepsakes so no matter how far apart you live, you will be sharing the light you
created together.

GRAND Sleepover
January 11 | 5:30 – 6:30 PM | $35/members | $45/public
Grab your GRAND friend and give them your kiddos for the night! Your little one and their GRAND
friend will enjoy an evening at the J complete with pizza and dessert, a glow dance party and a
special sleepover goodie bag.

GRAND Challah Bake
February 17 | 2:30 -3:45 PM | $18/members | $25/public
Bring your GRAND friend and join us for a day of fun, service, and creativity as we bake challah
together! This is a bake one-give-one model. Each family will bake and decorate 2 challahs.
One will be shared with your loved ones, and one will be donated to Nourish Now to support families
in the community. Please register one ticket for your family.

GRAND CPR
May 14 | 5:00 – 8:00 PM | $60/members | $70/public
Every caregiver should know how and when to administer CPR. In this class, you will become Red
Cross-certified in CPR for infants, children, and adults. Recommended for grandparents, parents
and/or caregivers.
