The Bender-Dosik Parenting Center provides activities, classes, and educational opportunities for the whole family. Celebrate Jewish holidays, cultivate essential developmental skills, create play-filled memories, and much more, all in a warm, welcoming community.

The Bender-Dosik Parenting Center

We support your growing family with fun and diverse classes, events, and programs intentionally designed for children, parents, and caregivers to experience together. Best suited for infants and toddlers under six-years-old, our programs spark interest, stimulate creativity, and enhance development for our youngest community members. Some of our most popular programs include:

Doodlers (18–36 months) explore color, texture, and more while experimenting with fun, engaging materials. Abrakadoodle partners with Crayola to provide your little ones with a stimulating, sensory-friendly experience!

Stretch, strengthen, and relieve stress while connecting with other parents and babies (under 1 year). This class includes parent-baby postures and massage techniques designed to promote bonding and bring a sense of calm to your baby. No yoga experience necessary.

Join us for some music, bubbles, and stories!! We will also leave plenty of free time for families to hang out and get to know each other.

Jewish Holidays

All are welcome to make memories at our Jewish holidays and events. Celebrate moments with the entire family at The Bender JCC. These programs are best suited for children 6 and under.

Celebrate the Jewish New Year with a fun, music-filled Rosh Hashanah morning for little ones! Enjoy 45 minutes of outdoor songs with early childhood music specialist Lisa Baydush, followed by snacks and playground time.

Teaching your little ones to say “I’m sorry” is a great way to begin explaining the holiday of Yom Kippur. Join Lisa Baydush for 45 minutes of tot-friendly music, then stay connected with crafts, snacks and movement on the playground.

Celebrate Shabbat and Sukkot with dinner in the Sukkah! Enjoy a dinner and crafts with your little ones, followed by a family-friendly movie under the stars.
