All fitness levels are encouraged to participate!
A dynamic, intense workout that combines elements of military-style exercise training, HIIT, and functional exercise, led by JCC personal trainer Camila Carvalhaes. Camila is a certified personal trainer here at the JCC and has a diverse fitness background, working with all age groups and fitness levels. In addition to offering personal training, she also teaches group exercise classes including Cardio Strength on Mondays and Aqua Aerobics on Fridays. This class is designed to increase strength and stamina.
