Beginning in the early 20th Century, Jews on the Lower East Side of Manhattan were eating Chinese Food, and we continue to do so today. Every Sunday night? Especially on Christmas to finish off a day of going to the movies? How did this come about, and how did it become engrained in Jewish culture?
