Fulton Liss

Fulton won over 200 local and national tennis tournaments in the junior and men’s divisions. He was ranked # 1 in singles and doubles throughout his junior years in the Washington area. He was All-Atlantic Coast Conference for two consecutive years at University of Maryland. Later, Fulton was singles and doubles champion at Indian Spring, Norbeck, Potomac Tennis Club, and Woodmont Country Club, over 20 times. He was considered the best doubles player in the Middle Atlantic Region and Greater Washington area throughout his competitive playing days.
