Nancy Ornstein is recognized as one of America’s leading tennis champions. Ranked as # 1 Women’s 35 Singles Player by the U.S.T.A. in 1991, Ornstein has been one of tennis’ brightest stars since she first streaked across tournament courts at age 12, winning eight major titles in 1964 alone. She has played in major tournaments, including Wimbledon, the French Open, and the U.S. Open, and was installed into the Tennis Hall of Fame in 1986. An inspired and inspiring instructor. Ornstein has created and expanded junior tennis programs, and won the tennis world’s admiration for her talent determination, and dynamic competitive spirit.
