Paul H. Weinstein, The Honorable
Paul Harold Weinstein was born to Max and Sylvia Weinstein on April 20, 1933 at the old Georgetown Hospital in Washington, D.C. He attended Stoddard Elementary School, Gordon Junior High School and Western High School in the District of Columbia. Although he participated in several sports, he played varsity level football and baseball, and was named to the All High Football Team in 1950. Judge Weinstein continued to play football and baseball at Washington and Lee University, where he attended college. He graduated in 1955 with a degree in Business Administration and began law school at George Washington University that same year. After graduation, he practiced law in Washington, D.C. and Maryland until 1983, when Governor Harry Hughes appointed him a judge of the District Court of Maryland. Judge Weinstein became a Circuit Court Judge in 1986 and served as Administrative Court Judge until his retirement in 2003.
